 
        
        Senior bookkeepers and tax accountants play a vital role in ensuring businesses operate efficiently and compliantly with tax laws.
The key responsibilities of this role include managing all bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and reporting. Additionally, you will prepare special purpose financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, trusts, and companies, as well as income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts & companies.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualification in accounting or a related field, experience preparing financial statements and management reports, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior bookkeeping or tax accounting role.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage all bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and reporting.
 * Prepare special purpose financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, trusts, and companies, as well as income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts & companies.
 * Provide strategic financial advice to clients to help them achieve their business goals.
