Job Title: Dedicated Customer Service Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a dedicated customer service professional. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them manage their hearing health.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles, with a passion for delivering an amazing client experience. Great communication and active listening skills are essential, as well as resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy.

In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to clinicians, managing clinic operations, and efficiently handling the day-to-day tasks of the clinic. You will also be required to learn and competently use a range of software and applications.
