Amble was founded to change how women experience the outdoors by creating inclusive, sustainable apparel designed for life outside. What began as a solo founder's vision has grown into a successful, purpose‐led Australian apparel brand with a loyal customer base, strong annual revenue, and big ambitions for the next phase of growth. Sustainability and inclusivity aren't marketing angles for us, they're built into how we design, produce, and operate.
We're looking for a Creative & Content Coordinator to join us, starting at 12‐15 hrs/week, in person at our office in Richmond. This is a role for someone early in their career but with a natural creative instinct and a genuine love for making content. You'll be across the full content cycle – ideating, shooting, editing, and posting – with a strong focus on short‐form, platform native social content for both organic and paid channels. This is a fast‐moving role. We test ideas quickly, learn from what works, and move on. If you're someone who can turn around a great piece of content without overthinking it, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do
* Create short form video and imagery from idea through to final edit, for both organic and paid social channels
* Capture behind the scenes and real time content that feels authentic and on brand
* Write engaging captions and scripts that stop the scroll and drive engagement
* Contribute to content planning, scheduling, and basic performance reporting
* Test hooks, formats, and ideas continuously, and be willing to kill what isn't working
* Maintain a consistent, brand‐aligned aesthetic across all content
What You Bring
* 1–3 years of experience in a similar role creating compelling lo‐fi content, whether for a brand or agency
* Confident using CapCut or similar editing apps to produce polished, platform ready video
* A good eye and steady hand with an iPhone – you know how to frame a shot and capture content that looks intentional
* Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
* An understanding of what makes content work – hooks, storytelling, and why captions matter
Who You Are
* Naturally creative with the ability to ideate and execute quickly
* Comfortable with a test and learn approach – you see iteration as part of the process, not a sign something failed
* Confident on camera and at ease creating video content
* Plugged into social media trends and platform behaviour
* Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing momentum
This role suits someone who enjoys momentum and knows that progress often matters more than perfection. To apply, please send through a short cover letter, your CV, and a few examples of content you've created. Showing us your work is a non‐negotiable part of the application, we'd love to see what you can do.
