We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated customer service professional to join our busy Delicatessen team.
Reporting to the Deli Manager your role will include:
* Setting the standard of service & courtesy for all the deli department staff by always displaying a friendly and courteous manner to customers
* Ability to handle customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
* Work effectively as a part of a team and take direction from your Manager when instructed
* Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping and hygiene
* Ensure stock levels are adequately maintained and that all cabinets are well stocked and correctly ticketed at all times
* Implement correct stock rotation
* Ensure merchandise is sold at the correct price & be aware of promotional/advertised lines
* Ensure correct food handling and hygiene policies & procedures are adhered to

Pay: $33.19 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 25 per week
