Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for driving change?

We are seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer to play a pivotal role in our clients dynamic digital transformation program. This is a varied and dynamic role as you play an integral part in supporting the Senior Project Manager and project team on the Digital Transformation Project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure ERP project success and customer experience strategy and implementation.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the broader team, reports, document management, database management.
- Coordinate with Finance with financial modelling with financial activities, reporting and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting with recruitment and resourcing requirements across projects.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years' experience as a Project Support Officer for Technology projects.
- Highly desirable; Prince2, PMBOK or other project management qualifications.
- Advanced Microsoft office suite expertise; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint.
- Sound knowledge of project lifecycles from commencement to completion.
- Born communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
- Be able to prioritise multiple competing priorities, meet deadlines in a everchanging environment.
- Analytical and methodical approach, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
