We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) to join our friendly and collaborative team in the beautiful Hervey Bay, QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist, where you will receive hands‑on support, clinical mentoring, and participate in a truly multidisciplinary environment that will help advance your career. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload that includes NDIS clients, chronic disease management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological conditions, mental health, and general wellbeing.

You will need:
* Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA Accredited)
* Current first aid & CPR
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Own reliable car & valid driver's licence
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
* Passion for helping clients improve function, mobility and quality of life
