The Harvey Norman Ballina Electrical Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver great service to customers and understand life at home solutions to find the best outcomes
- Assist customers with product information and recommendations
- Work collaboratively in a team workplace to achieve store goals
Qualifications
- Passion for retail
- Highly motivated and results driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in or ability to work in a customer-focused, successful retail business
- High level of electrical product knowledge (e.g., TV, audio, and peripheral devices) to support customer queries
- Ability to service customers while managing work tasks around their needs
- Proactive in providing exceptional customer-focused problem solving and resolving complaints to ensure happy customers
- Desire to exceed individual and store sales targets
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late nights
