We are seeking an experienced and skilled Account Manager (Surgical) to support our work across NSW & ACT.
* Key Selling Skills - prospecting for opportunities with new and existing customers (surgeons). Demonstrating strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
* Commercial Awareness - maintaining in-depth knowledge of sales reports, forecast templates, and business metrics for planning purposes. Providing insightful analysis to inform business decisions.
* Surgical Product Expertise - maintaining up-to-date product knowledge of both Cochlear Implant and Acoustic internal product offerings. Effectively communicating the benefits and features of these products to surgeons and other stakeholders.
* Clinical Support and Partnership - working closely with Clinical Affairs (CA) team to ensure seamless delivery of clinical support and expertise to hospital partners.
* Customer Experience and Support - providing expert surgical support in the operating theatre for cochlear implant procedures. Delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
