From onboarding to win-back, you'll lead data-driven campaigns that maximise satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty — all while making a measurable difference to our members' experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the Member Experience marketing team to high performance Develop and deliver the lifecycle marketing strategy across multiple brands and channels Design and execute personalised campaigns via email, SMS, direct mail, mobile apps and more Work closely with the data team to build audience segments and trigger-based journeys Use tools like Salesforce, Adobe or similar platforms to manage and execute campaigns Manage campaign set-up, QA, testing, deployment and optimisation Leverage analytics and insights to continuously improve performance Collaborate across Product, Digital, Member Experience, Health Centres, and external agencies Coordinate with internal creative and content teams to produce compliant, on-brand communications Own lifecycle metrics and provide regular, actionable reporting to stakeholders What are we looking for?You're someone who knows what good looks like and is excited by the chance to build it.
You're equal parts strategic and hands-on — comfortable developing long-term vision while rolling up your sleeves to bring it to life.Essential8+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle, or engagement marketing roles Demonstrated hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g.
