We're now looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join us, someone who wants to do high‐quality work, develop quickly, and operate closer to the real commercial edge of hiring.

The role
You will work closely with the Managing Director, supporting executive‐level searches while taking ownership of technical and professional assignments across our core markets.
You'll be involved across the full lifecycle of search, from brief and strategy through to market mapping, candidate engagement, interviewing and offer delivery.
This is not a sales role, but strong communication, curiosity and confidence engaging senior candidates are essential.

* Conducting structured candidate interviews and writing client‐ready appraisals
* Managing candidate relationships through the full process
* Supporting client updates and search reviews
* Producing high‐quality market insight and search documentation
