Site Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a site manager. As a key member of our construction division, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple worksites, ensuring effective planning and execution of work in accordance with our company's systems, policies, and procedures.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing general oversight of multiple worksites, including organizing labor, subcontractor, supplier, and material resources;
* Ensuring that effective planning and execution of work is undertaken in accordance with our company's systems, policies, and procedures;
* Liaising with relevant stakeholders, including management, council, clients, and the public;
* Understanding and implementing HSEQ requirements to meet the company and client's expectations;
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a foreman working in a major infrastructure environment or similar;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment;
