The Role
As an experienced Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) your responsibilities may include:
1. Plan, coordinate and execute all project ILS activities
2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders relevant to the project as required
3. Draft and review EO Integrated Logistic Support Instructions (ILSI) / Integrated Logistic Support Plans (ILSP) include integrated logistics support management, transition management, logistics support analysis and configuration management.
4. Logistics Facilities Requirements Analysis and Planning.
5. Preparation of tender and contract materials including required supporting documentation
6. Manage Assets Under Construction (AUC) and asset impairment for the program.
7. Support development of future improvements, enhancements and capabilities ie. Pre-Gate 0 advice, input and document preparation in consultation with key stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate will present with;
8. Background in Defence ILS or defence supply chain industry.
9. Ex-ADF background.
10. Strong communication skills.
11. Experience operating within a quality management system.
12. High quality work and attention to detail.
13. Previous experience working within complexed and collaborative team environments.
14. The ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
