Event Coordinator Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Coordinator to manage the coordination of weddings, conferences, and private events.
* Manage event contracts, booking forms, and client correspondence.
* Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate seamless event execution.
* Create and distribute detailed run sheets and event orders.
* Conduct site inspections and host prospective clients on tours of the venue.
* Process payments in line with contract terms.
* Maximise revenue opportunities through yielding and special event creation.
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure client expectations are met.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of MS Office, and experience in Event Coordination or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and deposits.
* Utilize event management software to streamline event planning and execution.
