Restaurant Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
About the Role
* Supervise restaurant employees to ensure excellent service and high-quality food production.
* Control and analyze key performance indicators such as quality levels, guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, operating costs, sanitation, and cleanliness.
* Maintain effective employee relations through regular feedback, coaching, and counseling.
Responsibilities
* Conduct candidate interviews, hiring, employee orientation, training, on-the-job performance monitoring, coaching, counseling, and suspension if necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
* Attend and contribute to weekly departmental meetings to discuss sales, inventory, and other operational matters.
* Conduct regular cleaning inspections to ensure compliance with health standards and hotel cleanliness standards.
* Participate in service as needed to maintain exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality management with a strong command of food and beverage product knowledge and trends.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English required.
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shift work as scheduled.
