About The Team
The Coles Creative Services team is responsible for delivering compelling marketing content across all customer touchpoints and driving our brand forward. We engage 98% of Australians each week through digital innovation, omni‑channel storytelling and impactful advertising.
About the Role
This 6‑8 month fixed‑term contract places you in the core of our weekly Coles catalogue, while supporting the design of marketing materials for all customer touchpoints. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver creative solutions that align with strategic marketing goals and enhance customer experience through effective message delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create print and digital marketing materials with precision and creativity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver campaigns with accuracy and proficiency.
About You and Your Skills
You’re a highly skilled, imaginative Graphic Artist who thrives in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment. You bring a strong blend of technical expertise, creative flair and strategic thinking to every project.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a busy studio, either agency or in‑house, delivering high‑volume print and digital assets.
- Previous catalogue experience.
- Solid experience across print and digital channels.
- High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Proficient working knowledge of Adobe CS applications.
- Intermediate skills in Figma and Adobe After Effects.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and operate within a complex environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Tertiary education in graphic design, digital design or a related field.
- Advanced skills in designing and producing printed and digital marketing materials.
- Project management experience.
