Role Description
As a Finance Broker at Fitted Finance, you will manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to settlement.
This is a front-line sales role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, structuring solutions, and converting opportunities into results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Converting inbound enquiries into settled deals
* Structuring and submitting asset, personal and business finance applications
* Leveraging a broad lender panel to maximise approvals and client outcomes
* Managing your pipeline, follow-ups and performance
* Ensuring applications meet lender and compliance requirements
You'll work within a structured brokerage environment with strong systems and clear processes, while maintaining the autonomy to manage your own results.

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for someone with a strong sales mindset and the drive to build a career in finance.
Ideal candidates may have:
* Experience in finance broking, lending, banking, insurance, or sales (advantageous but not essential)
* A strong ability to communicate and build relationships with clients
* A results-driven mindset with confidence in closing opportunities
