We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a customer-centric culture by leading by example and driving sales growth.
* Conduct the development of your team, aligning with business objectives to achieve financial targets.
* Showcase your expertise in Visual Merchandising, transforming our store into a visually appealing environment that captures attention.
* Efficiently manage store rostering and wage expenses, maintaining commercial acumen.
* Manage stock (up to 15kg) in a fast-paced environment, ensuring everything's in place for customers.
* Diligently track store sales performance, recognizing exceptional results and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement - communicate findings to peers and senior management.
* Collaborate closely with the Store Manager & Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager or Full-time worker.
* A passion for the retail industry is essential.
* Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
* Operational excellence, experienced across stock control & a keen eye for visual merchandising.
