About the Internship

This is a
hands-on, high-impact Sales Internship
designed for someone who wants real exposure to
modern B2B sales, partnerships, and event-led growth
.

You'll work closely with the Founder to help:

* Fill rooms
* Book partner and sponsor meetings
* Strengthen LiveHaus' go-to-market engine

This is not a passive internship. You'll be
on the phones, in real conversations, and inside live sales workflows
that directly impact revenue, partnerships, and community growth.

What You'll be Doing

Event Sales & Outreach (Primary Focus)

* Make outbound calls to a targeted list of contacts to drive event registrations
* Speak with founders, sales leaders, operators, and decision-makers across
PeopleHaus, SalesHaus, StartupHaus, and TechHaus
* Clearly communicate LiveHaus' value proposition and event positioning
* Convert warm interest into confirmed attendance

Partner & Sponsor Outreach

* Call and qualify potential partners and sponsors from a curated database
* Book qualified meetings for the Founder
* Capture objections, insights, and feedback from conversations
* Support refinement of sponsorship and partnership messaging

Pre-Event Confirmation & Attendance

* Make reminder calls 1–2 days before events
* Help reduce no-shows and improve attendance quality
* Act as a friendly, human touchpoint for the LiveHaus brand

Post-Event Feedback & Relationship Building

* Follow up with attendees to gather feedback and insights
* Speak with registrants who couldn't attend to understand drop-off reasons
* Capture learnings to improve future events
* Keep relationships warm for future events, partnerships, or referrals

Event Day Support (In-Person)

* Support guest check-in and attendee flow
* Assist speakers, partners, and on-site logistics
* Be part of the on-ground team delivering a high-energy experience
* Represent the LiveHaus brand in person

Bonus (Optional)

* Support outbound experiments and GTM messaging
* Help test call scripts, talk tracks, and objection handling
* Learn how event-led sales funnels convert
* Share ideas to improve sign-ups, partnerships, and attendance

Who This Is For

* A
Sydney-based university student
interested in sales, GTM, partnerships, or entrepreneurship
* Comfortable speaking on the phone (or keen to build confidence fast)
* Curious about how revenue, partnerships, and communities are built
* Friendly, confident, and able to communicate clearly
* Organised, accountable, and results-driven
* Open to feedback and continuous improvement

Bonus if you have:

* Customer-facing, sales, hospitality, or call experience
* Interest in startups, SaaS, events, or community-led businesses

Team Structure

We're hiring
5 Sales Interns
for the LiveHaus Season 2 events:

* 1 intern per event
* Each intern works closely with the Founder from
pre-event outreach → event day → post-event follow-ups

This is a
front-row seat to how high-quality events are sold, scaled, and monetised
.
