Order Processing & Customer Service Co-Ordinator (ArborMaster)

ArborMaster is a leading arbor retailer and is looking for someone to assist with its order processing, communicating to our customers via email and phone and ensuring products are ordered, dispatched and received by our customers.

Our company operates under three major brands The RedShed, Redgum Products and Arbor Master.

We are one of Australia's largest and most respected outdoor garden equipment and arborist specialists.

We have 7 Victorian retail stores, 7 workshops, an assembly and distribution centre and 2 e-commerce stores. We specialise in providing our customers with products such as Ride-on Mowers, Lawn Mowers, Chainsaws, Log splitters, Arbor gear etc and we sell Honda, Husqvarna, Stanley Black & Decker, RedGum Products, Masport etc.

ArborMaster has the most comprehensive range of major tree gear brands, making it the all-in-one shop for the arbor industry.

Our brands include the company's in-house label, Arbormaster, as well as Husqvarna, Flymo, McCulloch, Hansa, Pro-Scape mowers, New England Ropes, Weaver Leather, Bashlin Tree climbers, Buckingham Tree Climbers, Jameson Poles, Bahco, Petzl, SRT, Ferno, Oregon, Davis Star Lifter, Peltor, Clogger, ARS, Dale Jury, Samson Ropes, Edelrid, Root Barrier control systems, Echo Power Pruners and Blowers, Snail, Felco Secateurs, Wolf Tools and the Cobra tree bracing system, among others.

Arbormaster also carries the full range of Husqvarna products, from chainsaws, brushcutters and ride-on mowers to safety equipment, chainsaw clothing, tools and accessories.


Requirements

* Excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent written communication skills (i.e.: spelling and grammar).
* Ability to talk clearly and confidently on the phone.
* IT competency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Freight & logistics experience would be advantageous.
* Photographic skills & website skills would be advantageous.
* A love for work, be industrious and enjoy being part of a team.
* An interest or knowledge of arbor gear would be advantageous.
* Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience is required.


Responsibilities

* Purchasing stock, creating purchase orders & liaising with suppliers.
* Communicating & building relationships with our online customers.
* Taking, processing, and shipping orders, and following up payments.
* Learning the technical advantages of arbor products.
* Preparing, formatting, and editing correspondence and marketing and sales documents and creating email campaigns.
* Ensuring the website is current & up to date.
* Ensuring the stock is current & up to date.
* Maintaining the ArborMaster database.
* Answering general calls and enquiries.
