Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and guide individuals facing sudden changes to reach their new career goals
* Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes
* Identify barriers to Return to Work (RTW) and design, implement, and monitor supportive programs
* Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured or ill workers and educate employers on health benefits
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology (Masters degree or completed 5th year), or Social Work
* AHPRA, ASORC, or AASW registration
* Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
