A growing boutique finance group is seeking experienced Mortgage Brokers and Parabrokers to join its residential lending function.
The business operates in a fast paced advisory environment and offers exposure beyond traditional broking, including interaction with private credit professionals, development finance specialists and accounting partners.

What You Will Be Doing
Manage the end to end residential lending process from initial enquiry through to settlement
Support senior brokers with structuring, policy selection and lender engagement
Prepare and submit applications with accuracy and compliance
Liaise with lenders, valuers and solicitors to progress files and resolve outstanding items
Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients throughout the lending journey
Contribute to workflow improvements and high service standards
Work alongside adjacent business units that may include development, private credit and accounting partners
What We Are Looking For
Experience as a Mortgage Broker or Parabroker within a brokerage environment
Strong understanding of residential lending, lender policy and serviceability requirements
Confident communicator with the ability to manage clients and internal stakeholders
Comfortable managing multiple applications at varying stages
Preference for candidates familiar with aggregator platforms such as AFG
Compliance minded, organised and able to operate at pace
Positive attitude and commitment to contributing to a supportive, high performing environment
Please note: this role is not suited to candidates coming directly from bank lending teams
