About the Role
This role is not entry level. We are seeking an experienced solar and battery sales consultant who can design systems and close deals. You will be speaking with customers who have already enquired about our services. You must be confident in managing a sales pipeline, guiding customers through their decision making, and closing consistently.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads who have already expressed interest
- Handle inbound phone calls and online enquiries
- Design and configure solar and battery systems using Pylon Observer
- Ensure system designs comply with CEC design guidelines
- Present solutions and explain government incentives and rebates
- Manage the entire sales process from enquiry through to close
- Achieve weekly KPIs and sales targets
- Keep all customer interactions and tasks updated in our CRM
About You
This role is for someone who is already proven in the solar industry.
You will bring:
- Proven experience closing solar and battery deals over the phone
- Strong proficiency with Pylon Observer for solar and battery design
- Knowledge and application of CEC design guidelines
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident communication skills with the ability to handle objections
- High levels of organisation and strong follow up discipline
- Self motivation and resilience in a target driven environment
- Integrity, accountability, and ownership in your work
