About The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Coolum Beach location. Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting Job Costing
* Preparing Cash Flow statements
* Creating and setting up New Job Files
* Managing Debtor Invoicing and Collection
* Assisting in the preparation of Quarterly BAS
As per our client's company policy all employees are hired on a Casual Rate for the first month.

The successful candidate will have:
