About the Role
The role of a Volunteer Office Assistant involves providing exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
* Customer Service Representative: Respond to queries, provide information, and resolve issues in a polite and professional manner.
* Filing and Administration: Organize files, maintain records, and perform administrative tasks as required.
* Assisting with Computer-Based Marketing & Media: Support the team in creating engaging content for social media platforms, updating the website, and performing other digital marketing duties.
* Data Entry and Document Creation: Accurately enter data into software systems, create or modify documents using MS Office Suite, and assist with document management.
* Event Setup and Support: Assist with preparing and packing up materials for events, functions, and programs at the Centre.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
