Your Role:
As the General Manager, you'll manage day-to-day operations while setting the standard for exceptional service and food quality. You'll lead a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Crew Members, driving strong results and keeping customers coming back.
This role requires 3-5 years of restaurant management experience to effectively lead operations and drive results.
What You'll Do:
* Team Leadership : Guide, motivate and develop your team, ensuring they're equipped and ready to deliver top-notch service.
* Drive Operations: Take full ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, overseeing service quality, efficiency, and performance while ensuring alignment with company policies and values
* Financial Management: Maintain budgets, monitor the P&L and ensure profit targets are consistently met.
* P&L Experience: Basic knowledge of profit and loss management, budgeting and forecasting is required for this position.
* Champion WH&S : Implement and manage WH&S standards, keeping customers, staff and visitors safe while ensuring compliance.
* Talent Development : Identify team members' strengths, providing training and development to help them grow.
* Uphold Standards : Ensure food quality, WH&S, and store presentation always meet the high standards we're known for.
