Hired Labour is pleased to be partnering with Blenners Transport in the recruitment of this key role.
We are currently seeking a high performing Truck and Van Fleet Maintenance Planner to be based at our Tully Workshop.

We specialise in the transportation of fresh produce from North Queensland to destinations across Australia. With the capability that extends from a growing fleet of 180 trucks and 240 refrigerated vans that operate out of 8 depots in Queensland, we have been industry leaders for the last 30 years.
You will be responsible for planning maintenance for our fleet to ensure our vehicles are safe and compliant, while minimising down time to keep the wheels turning.
Main duties will include:
* Plan maintenance and repairs of trucks, vans and all vehicles and machinery owned by Blenners Transport.
* Generation of daily plans for Day Shift and Night Shift
* Ensure that job cards are opened and completed on any major work/component changes.
* Ensure all data entry is completed as required
* Manage the completion of warranty work, service bulletins, recalls and modifications.
* Manage all internal Campaigns as outlined by the Fleet Maintenance Manager / Business Owners.
* Assist in other general service administration tasks.
* Compile information for internal and external audits
Ideally applicants will have experience with the following:
* Scheduling maintenance for multiple workshops.
* Booking of repairs and services to external service providers.
* Experience with maintenance systems
* Coordinating and communicating repair time frames with Operations.
* Generation of reports for Management
To be successful you will need:
* Enthusiastic and eager to learn
* Excellent Administration skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
* Proactive attitude with maturity and an excellent work ethic
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
* The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
