About The Opportunity
Are you an early-career dentist looking to join a high-growth, clinician-led network? Mambourin Dental Care is a brand-new, flagship 4-chair clinic located in the heart of Melbourne's fastest-growing corridor. We are seeking an Associate Dentist with 1–3 years of experience to join our founding team. As part of the Doctors&Co Dental Group, you will practice in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology, supported by a built-in referral engine from our co-located GP and Skin & Cosmetic hubs. The Role
* Deliver high-quality general dentistry to a diverse demographic of families and young professionals.
* Educate patients on oral health and preventive care while delivering a five-star patient experience.
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals across the group.
* Maintain excellence in clinical record-keeping and governance using D4W.
Who You Are
* 1–3 years of clinical experience in a private or community setting.
* Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
* A commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for staying at the forefront of dental innovation.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow your career within a supportive national network.
