Job Role Summary
This position plays a vital role in the efficient operation of the Client Services Division by providing timely and effective administration in complex areas such as deceased estates, financial administrations, powers of attorney, and trusts.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves managing a caseload of files with a high degree of complexity. You will be responsible for exercising formal delegation and discretion in relation to the management of client files. Your duties will also include engaging in proactive client service and relationship building with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
