This key role involves providing critical input into the future direction of the organisation, focusing on its private healthcare sector. You will be responsible for synthesising data to inform decision-making and developing compelling narratives to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead strategy and planning initiatives to drive organisational growth and sustainability
* Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data to inform key decision-making and service planning
* Monitor the external environment to identify trends and their implications for the organisation
* Provide high-level strategic advice to leadership on innovation and engagement with stakeholders
* Implement project management methodologies and produce high-quality project outputs
Requirements:
* Demonstrated planning, data analysis and project management skills in a large organisation, ideally within healthcare
* Strong quantitative skills and understanding of strategy frameworks, excellent communication abilities
* Ability to interpret the State and Federal planning and policy landscape to identify risks and opportunities
* Superior stakeholder engagement skills, including leading diverse stakeholders
* Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills, producing high-quality reports and presentations
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint
* Proven working style which is flexible, positive and collaborative, self-directed, motivated and part of a team
* Evidence of a growth mindset and interest in personal growth and learning
* Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Business or Economics (desirable)
