Responsibilities of the Role
* Lead and manage the store's sales performance and day-to-day operations
* Motivate and mentor the sales team to deliver results
* Manage client relationships, quoting, and end-to-end project follow-ups
* Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and supplier liaison
* Work closely with the franchise owner to implement strategy and achieve commercial goals
