The Cancer Institute NSW is the NSW Government's cancer control agency, established to lessen the impact of cancer across the state.

**_What you'll be doing_**
We are seeking an individual with strong marketing skills and experience to join our Screening & Prevention Marketing and Campaigns Team. You will be responsible for the delivery of evidence-based marketing initiatives and projects, including mass media campaigns, to drive high levels of community awareness. To do this you will need to develop, implement and evaluate campaigns and initiatives that contribute to increasing motivation to participate in our screening programs in alignment with our NSW Cancer Plan objectives.
Essential to the role will be your demonstrated stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with the external creative and media agencies, the community, key government and non-government organisations including local health districts, peak bodies and advocacy groups. You will have tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or public relations and/or relevant equivalent professional experience in marketing and campaign creation.

**_Essential requirements_**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or public relations and/or relevant equivalent professional experience in social marketing.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing mass media campaigns across all channels including digital and social strategies that produce tangible and measurable outcomes.
- Broad understanding of social marketing principles and practices as they relate to the delivery of public health programs.
**_Pre-screening questions_**
- Please include your experience in managing external creative and media agencies and the contractual deliverables managed.
- Please provide an example of a campaign you have managed that required engagement with a range of internal and external stakeholders. How did you manage stakeholders to ensure project outcomes were achieved? What were the key challenges?
