Junior HR Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior HR Specialist to join our team in supporting daily operations with a people-first mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support recruitment processes by drafting and posting job ads on platforms and social media.
* Screen CVs, filter candidates based on job criteria, schedule interviews, maintain the recruitment tracker, and communicate interview outcomes.
* Assist with HR administration tasks including maintaining accurate employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, tracking attendance and leaves, and preparing payroll inputs.
* Contribute to generating monthly reports, ensuring organized and accessible HR documents, and coordinating training sessions.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in a similar HR support role.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
