About the Role: (Must Read)
This role commences with a mandatory 12-week intensive pre-bootcamp designed to select and develop high-performing individuals.
During this initial three-month training and evaluation period, you will be remunerated with an annual package of $60,000 + superannuation.
Upon successful completion of the pre-bootcamp and meeting our evaluation criteria, you will be promoted to a Buyers' Agent.
In this role, your earning potential will significantly increase, with a performance-based package ranging from $120,000 to $180,000.
Please note that candidates who do not meet the required standards during the probationary bootcamp will not be promoted.

Elite Buyers' Agents who may not have direct industry experience but possess the comprehensive cognitive and strong negotiation skills essential for success.
This is why we highly value candidates with backgrounds in Data Science/Analysis, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
While these analytical backgrounds are crucial, strong sales skills are also a must for candidates from these fields.
For candidates with existing real estate experience (such as Agents or Property Managers), this pre-bootcamp serves as an intensive immersion into our unique analytics-first methodology.
An accelerated pathway may be available based on performance.
As a Buyers' Agent at Premium REA, you'll navigate Melbourne's competitive property market, guiding clients through every stage of their purchase.
Beyond sourcing and evaluating properties, you'll provide strategic advice, educating buyers on market conditions, property values, and investment potential.
A key part of your role is to consult, encourage, and recommend offers, ensuring clients make confident, well-informed decisions.
Supported by a dedicated team, you'll focus on delivering exceptional service and successful outcomes, while administrative tasks and property assessments are streamlined for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Please note: This role requires a strong personality capable of driving conversations and leading the direction of property transactions.
A typical week involves approximately:
50% communicating with clients, third-party partners, and selling agents;
30% physically inspecting properties;
20% conducting research.
Client Consultation & Advisory:
Provide strategic advice to buyers, educating them on market conditions, property values, and investment potential.
Guide clients in making confident purchasing decisions by presenting data-driven insights.
Encourage and recommend buyers to submit competitive offers based on market analysis and property evaluations.
Client Management: Handle inquiries, onboard clients, and guide them through the buying process.
Needs Assessment: Understand client goals to create a tailored purchase brief.
Property Sourcing: Research, shortlist, and secure on/off-market properties.
Inspections & Evaluation: Conduct inspections and provide expert recommendations.
Negotiation: Secure the best price and terms with selling agents.
Transaction Oversight: Manage the process from offer to settlement.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong connections with clients, agents, and industry partners.
Market Insights: Stay updated on Melbourne's property trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
A valid Agent's Representative Certificate is highly regarded (preferred but not essential).
Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally in Real Estate, IT, Customer Service, Data Science/Analysis, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, or Engineering.
Strong passion for architecture, design, and property fundamentals, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently in a high-performance environment.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure, with excellent time management, project management, and customer relationship skills.
Client-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership, committed to delivering exceptional service, and accountable for results.
Australian work authorisation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis (can sponsor if top performer).
Graduate-level candidates with relevant qualifications will be considered alongside those with professional experience.
