We are seeking an experienced Integrated Shutdown Scheduler to join our Perth-based team on a one‑year fixed‑term employee contract.
About the Role:
You will lead shutdown scheduling for offshore facilities, ensuring shutdown activities are fully scoped, planned and executed safely and efficiently.
Working closely with onshore and offshore planners, operations and execution teams, you will ensure shutdown events are aligned with the Integrated Activity Plan and delivered in accordance with the Ichthys Shutdown Management Process (SDMP).
This role requires domestic travel, including to Offshore CPF and FPSO facilities.
Key responsibilities:
Lead planning and scheduling of offshore shutdown events in line with the Ichthys Shutdown Management Process
Develop detailed shutdown worklists and align offshore and onshore shutdown activities with the Integrated Activity Plan
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, campaign and project teams to support shutdown execution
Maintain shutdown‑related work planning and data in SAP, including opportunity work
Apply change control processes for all procedural and material changes
Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and planning governance alignment
What we’re looking for:

A trade qualification or diploma/degree in maintenance management or a related discipline (preferred)
Demonstrated experience in shutdown preparation, planning and execution within the Oil & Gas industry
Proven capability in planning and scheduling large‑scale, complex shutdown events
Strong experience using Primavera scheduling software
Experience with schedule risk tools (e.g. Pertmaster or similar) is advantageous
Significant CMMS experience for work plan development (SAP preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office business systems
This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
