Job Overview

The Branch Manager plays a vital role – leading a team to deliver exceptional site facility solutions. This includes managing end-to-end branch operations, ensuring safety, service quality, and efficiency across delivery, installation, and maintenance activities.



Key Responsibilities

* Championing safety for the team, customers, and contractors
* Collaborating with customers to create solutions for their site facility needs
* Overseeing asset management and scheduling of portable assets
* Managing branch performance across key metrics including fleet availability, utilization, and customer satisfaction



Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven sales and operational management experience within a fast-paced, service-driven environment. They must also have a strong background in contractor management, excellent communication skills, and high level of computer literacy.
