Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high levels of community interaction, offering human and social support to affected individuals and families.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, inbox management, and grant assessments.
* Act as a customer service representative and liaison between clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Able to work immediately and commit to a 7-day roster (5 days on, 2 days off).
* Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport for travel between locations.
* Good emotional regulation and control in stressful situations.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
