As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing customer relationships, exploring new markets, and developing growth strategies to drive our business forward.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, exploring untapped markets, growth areas, emerging trends, and potential partnerships.
- Develop and implement growth strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and drive business expansion.
- Collaborate with a dedicated sales engineer to effectively present products and services to potential clients.
- Utilize CRM tools and software to manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to remain at the forefront of the industrial market.
**Skills and Experience**:
- A degree in Engineering, trade qualification, or equivalent technical background.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience in the industrial market.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work in partnership with a dedicated internal sales engineer.

**Salary and Benefits**
We offer a good base salary plus commission on sales target, and fully maintained company car, laptop, mobile phone.
Work from home couple of days a week is part of our normal practice for this role, but we expect to spend as much time as possible in front of customers.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
