We're on the lookout for a vibrant, friendly, and professional person to join our Hotel Reception team. About the Role
* Casual Role
* Be the face of our hotel – first impressions matter! You'll handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a smile.
* Reservations & guest services – from booking dream getaways to assisting with special requests, you'll help create unforgettable experiences.
* A little bit of everything – from front desk duties to lending a hand with light housekeeping, you'll keep things running smoothly.
* Bring passion, attention to detail, and a love for great service to every shift!
* Assist with F&B where required particularly within events.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in hotel front desk or housekeeping is a plus, but not essential – we can teach you!
* A people person through and through – you love making guests feel special.
* Someone self-motivated, organised, and proactive – you take initiative and get things done.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol required
* Immaculately presented with a professional yet warm and friendly demeanour.
* Able to work well under pressure and keep cool in any situation.
* Flexible availability – our hotel operates 7 days a week, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
