About the Role
We are on the lookout for a full timeWedding & Social Event Sales Managerto join our Events team at Manly Pavilion HQ.
Starting inJanuary ****you will be responsible for managing and converting wedding and wedding-related social enquiries into confirmed bookings for The Boathouse Group.
This role is focused on building strong client relationships, showcasing the unique offerings of each venue, and ensuring a smooth handover to the Event Managers for seamless execution.
You will also:
Conduct venue inspections, phone consultations, and in-person meetings with potential clients;
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through proactive follow-up, clear communication, and tailored proposals;
Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and booked clients, offering exceptional service throughout the sales process;
Maintain expert knowledge of each of The Boathouse Group venue's features, capacities, packages, and styling options;
Manage wedding and wedding related social booking documentation, contracts, payment schedules, and CRM entries;
Meet wedding sales targets as set by the Group Events Manager.
About You
To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have proven experience in wedding or event sales where you have excelled in reaching your targets.
