Job Description
The Learning & Capability Manager plays a crucial role in safeguarding the organisation by enhancing the risk capability of individuals and teams and fostering a proactive risk management culture. This involves executing strategic learning and development initiatives aligned with TAL’s risk management framework. Responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing training standards across business units.
2. Ensuring effective delivery of training programs and building strong partnerships with stakeholders.
3. Assessing training needs via surveys, interviews, and consultations.
4. Designing educational solutions to address identified gaps.
5. Monitoring and improving training effectiveness through data analysis and feedback.
The role also requires staying updated with trends in risk management and training methodologies, integrating innovative approaches into TAL’s curriculum to ensure ongoing growth and compliance.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in financial services.
* Experience in designing and delivering training and information to employees.
* Strong communication skills across all organisational levels.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
