Key Responsibilities
1. Understanding and exceeding guest experiences
2. Driving guest loyalty programs
3. Managing CRM updates and guest feedback improvement plans
4. Leading, inspiring, coaching, and developing the Front Office team
5. Ensuring operational excellence and team execution
6. Maintaining safety and security standards
7. Overseeing financial transactions in accordance with policies
8. Welcoming guests and engaging the team in daily initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as a Senior Duty Manager or Front Office Manager is preferred.
