The Hours: Join our team in a casual capacity to cover planned and unplanned leave in our Launceston Branch. Enjoy the flexibility of casual employment while building your banking career. The first 8 weeks of the role will require full time availability from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday for training and onboarding.
In this role, you will:
- Support our Launceston Branch by being the first point of contact for our customers and put them at the centre of everything you do
- Assist our customers to identify the most suitable products and services including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
- Ensure our customers receive a seamless, consistent, and tailored experience every step of the way and ensure all details are accurate and up to date
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking easy, easy and secure
- Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career
