We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Supervisor to lead overnight operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety are consistently delivered. As the Overnight Supervisor, you will: Oversee all property operations during the overnight shift in the absence of the Night Manager and broader leadership team. Represent property management in handling and resolving any guest or operational concerns. Personally assist in managing issues and completing key overnight tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience. Monitoring Property Operations: Supervise overnight activities, including late-night arrivals and early departures. Reconcile daily audits in collaboration with the Finance team. Ensure all overnight operations are compliant with brand and procedural standards. Monitor departmental supplies and maintain a safe and secure working environment. Support inventory counts and contribute to meeting guest satisfaction and employee engagement targets. Monitor overnight employee performance and uphold service standards. Supporting Profitability & Revenue Goals: Review and analyze financial data to identify operational improvements. Address guest issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring lasting resolutions. Monitor chargebacks, rebates, and discrepancies to reduce financial loss. Enforce cash-handling protocols and investigate variances. Work closely with the leadership team to implement corrective action plans where necessary.
