**Financial Analyst Role Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills and the ability to deliver high-quality financial advice.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Undergraduate qualification in Accounting or Commerce;
* Membership of CPA or CA ANZ or equivalent;
* At least 3 years leadership and accounting experience in a medium/large organisation;
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable);
* Strong financial modelling skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to work independently and as part of a team;
In this role you will be responsible for delivering expert financial advice, developing and maintaining financial models, and ensuring the integrity of our financial systems. You will also create and deliver training guides and courses, supporting employees in using financial and procurement systems, and play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
