About the Role

Our team of consultants work with a diverse range of client populations, including children and young people, adults, people with a disability, those experiencing mental health issues and their families.
The role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise as a provisional psychologist in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
The job involves working with complex cases, including assessments and interventions, as well as developing and implementing individualised support plans. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a range of settings, including clinical and community-based environments.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is interested in working with people with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues and / or experiences of trauma who have complex needs. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform intervention strategies.
• Develop and implement individualised support plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based interventions, including psychological therapy and behaviour support services.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
• A Master's degree in Professional Psychology and eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients.
• A current and valid driver's licence and Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening.
