Job Overview
The successful Foreman & Leading Hand will join an established contractor recognised for quality, delivery, and commitment to safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations across multiple trades and subcontractors.
* Manage schedules, materials, and resources to achieve project milestones.
* Ensure compliance with Defence, HSE, and quality standards.
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives.
* Lead by example and uphold construction standards.
1. Support Foreman with day-to-day coordination of site works.
2. Supervise and direct trades and subcontractors on-site.
3. Read and interpret plans to assist with delivery and quality checks.
4. Maintain a strong safety focus and contribute to a productive site culture.
5. Operate tools and equipment as required while guiding crew productivity.
