Our ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals, collaborating with a tight-knit team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, catering to dietary needs with confidence and care, and mentoring apprentices to help bring the next generation of chefs to life.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and relevant kitchen experience
* A real passion for food, teamwork, and learning new skills
* A solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* Awareness of dietary needs, allergies, and intolerances – and how to plate up safely and deliciously
