About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified leader to join our Senior Management Team as Finance Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership of the Finance Department and contributing to the success and sustainability of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and facilitate delivery of the financial strategy and operational plans and related programs, ensuring alignment to organizational strategic and operational priorities.
* Provide effective insight, informed decision making, and commercial acumen for the organization and its related entities.
* Liaise with stakeholders, including directors and senior management, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, industry standards, and associated practices.
* Experience in strategic planning, organizational governance, and risk management.
* Able to demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial thinking and the ability to link high-level strategy to operational outcomes.
* Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and management, including at director level.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling informed decisions to drive effective organizational performance.
* Experienced in supporting change and developing people and teams to improve capability.
* Expertise in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting (intermediate to advanced).
