Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Fleet Manager of Food Services to manage catering teams, oversee menu development and budgeting, and ensure high-quality food is delivered to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage catering operations across Western Australia on a full-time basis.
* Oversee the planning, preparation, and presentation of menus.
* Budget for food supplies, labor costs, and other expenses.
* Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in all aspects of food service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record in Mine Site Catering, hotel or restaurant background, or associated industry.
* Demonstrated successful staff management experience.
* At least 5 years' experience in Chef Management in the service, hospitality, or similar industry.
* Experience in understanding and managing a Profit and Loss statement.
* Experience in Menu development.
* Experience with ISO, HACCP, and other relevant quality standards.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100k - $135k per annum (variable on experience & village size/scope), as well as:
