The successful candidate will be an effective relationship builder with a strong understanding of agricultural products and accessories, capable of delivering results through dealer engagement and market development strategies.
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers in the allocated region.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing dealers to enhance loyalty and performance.
* Provide training and support to dealers on product knowledge, systems, and sales strategies.
* Monitor dealer performance and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Sales and Brand Expansion
* Achieve and exceed regional sales targets through effective dealer management and market penetration.
* Promote the brand through targeted marketing initiatives, trade shows, and local events.
* Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
